Behind Joséphine is a woman with a passion for baking.
After 15 years in the financial industry, her passion for the craft has grown over the years. She has enjoyed investing her time in multiple courses in cake design in England, traditional baking classes at Lenôtre in Paris and at the Bellouet school in France.
After obtaining her initial baking diploma in France in 2015, she trained in the kitchens of Cathy Goedert's boutique in Luxembourg. She obtained a Master's degree in Pastry-Chocolate-Confectionery-Icing in 2017, awarded with first prize in the promotion of work in Luxembourg.
It is end of 2019 that she passes the stage of the sale of her baked goods, celebration cakes and sweet treat delicacies !
