You will learn the different techniques of making a good choux pastry and the famous ‘craquelin’.  

Demonstration of the chocolate 'cremeux' and 'ganache montee'.  

Each participant will leave with his box of chou pastry.

Cancellation: Patisserie Joséphine may cancel a course if the minimum number of 4 participants is not reached. Participants will be informed 72 hours in advance and can either be reimbursed or book a course on another date.   Registration will not be subject to reimbursement in the event of withdrawal. Any cancellation before 72 hours may be postponed to another date, subject to availability. Any cancellation less than 72 hours before the start of the course can unfortunately no longer be accepted or postponed.
